This website is run by Mason Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales, which is the data controller for anything you send us through it. You can reach us at info@masontech.com.
What We Collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give one, the topics you tick and your message. The form is processed by Formspree, a form service based in the United States, which passes your message to us by email under its own data protection terms.
Why We Use It
To read and reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set that work up. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
How Long We Keep It
For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, then we delete it.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site, and it is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Links to other websites open those sites, which have their own privacy notices.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@masontech.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
