Each company operates at the forefront of cybersecurity, risk management and digital resilience.

Andrew is an entrepreneur and technology leader with a strong track record of building, scaling, and exiting high-growth technology businesses. He is the founder of several award-winning companies including RandomStorm, Data Protection People, RapidSpike, Pentest People, and DarkInvader. Each operates at the forefront of cybersecurity, risk management, and digital resilience.

Specialising in organic growth, Andrew has led multiple organisations from early-stage development through sustained scale, building high-performing teams and robust operating models that support long-term value creation. His experience spans both bootstrapped growth and venture-backed expansion, having raised over £1 million in venture capital for a SaaS-based startup. He has also completed the sale of three businesses, giving him first-hand experience of exit planning, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Say It Twenty Times, the Way Coué Taught

Émile Coué asked people to say one line twenty times, morning and night, counting on a knotted string. Twenty Knots brings that method to your iPhone, your wrist and your car, so the count is the same wherever you pick it up.

On iPhone

  • Record your own affirmations, in your own voice
  • Coué’s formula and nine more, in British, American and Australian voices
  • A short daily reading from Coué’s own writing, sixty-four in all
  • A quiet calendar, with no streaks and no scolding

On Apple Watch

  • Playlists stored on the Watch, so your iPhone can stay at home
  • Listen through AirPods, or follow in silence with a tap for every knot

In CarPlay

  • Your playlists on the car’s display, ready for the commute
  • Start, pause and skip from the screen, the wheel or Siri

Heat and Cold, Within Clear Limits

A sauna and cold water coach that keeps your eye on the time. It sets cautious limits while you are new, warns you as you near them, and walks you through warming back up afterwards.

On iPhone

  • Guided mode, with cautious limits that build up slowly
  • Sauna, steam, contrast and cold sessions
  • Your time in the heat and the cold, week by week
  • Spotter, so someone knows when you are in

On Apple Watch

  • A ring counts down, with a warning and an alarm at your time
  • Tap I’m Out when you are out
  • Heart rate on your wrist, and live water temperature on a Watch with a water sensor
  • Rewarm guidance once you are out of the water

Heat and cold are risky for some people. Read the safety page first.
